Dryfruits Halwa

Dry Fruits Halwa is a rich, indulgent, and energy-packed Indian sweet that is especially loved during festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Raksha Bandhan. Made with a blend of premium dry fruits, this halwa is not only delicious but also packed with nutrition.


📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  1. ¼ cup Kisaansay Kashmiri Mamra Almonds (soaked & blended)
  2. ¼ cup Kisaansay Kashmiri Walnuts (blended)
  3. ¼ cup Kisaansay Nashik Black Raisins (blended)
  4. 2 tbsp cashews (soaked & blended)
  5. 4 tbsp Kisaansay Chambal Desi Cow Ghee
  6. ½ cup sugar or jaggery powder (adjust to taste)
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. ½ tsp cardamom powder
  9. A few saffron strands (Kisaansay Premium Pampore Saffron)


👩🍳 Method

1. Roast dry fruits
Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee in a pan. Roast almonds, walnuts, and cashews until golden. Add soaked raisins and sauté for a minute. Remove and keep aside.

2. Prepare the base
In the same pan, add the remaining ghee. Pour in milk and sugar/jaggery, stirring until fully dissolved.

3. Cook the halwa
Add roasted dry fruits and saffron. Stir continuously on low flame until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

4. Flavour & Serve
Mix in cardamom powder, garnish with extra almonds and walnuts, and serve warm.
